NASA's Artemis I Moon rocket was halted today' at a launch attempt at approximately 8:34 a.m. The space launch system rocket and Orion spacecraft remain safe and stable configuration. Launch controllers were continuing to evaluate with a bleed test why there was no proper temperature range liftoff was not successful and ran out of time in two hour launch window. The experts and Engineers are continuing to gather additional data.   There was a crack in thermal protection system material on one of the flanges on the core stage. Flanges are connection joints that function like a seam on a shirt and joins at the top and bottom on the inter tank so the two tanks can be attached.   Artemis I will first integrated flight test on NASA's Deep Space Exploration System. the spacecraft lies at the Kennedy Space Center ion Cape Canaveral Florida. The major aim of this mission is to assure a crew model entry. Along with sending Orion to its journey around the Moon, SLS will carry out small satellite which will perform their own investigations. Artemis I is a first test in a series of complex missions. It will provide a background to human deep exploration to the Moon and beyond prior to first flight with crew on Artemis II.
