My father was a hunter. One day after hunting he came home with a tiger cub. He was just a cat when he was small. As he grew older he started becoming more antisocial. He had blue eyes and beautiful stripes.

Under the moon shine the symmetry of the tiger look as if there are hidden codes in it. Its deep blue eyes are like the ocean. And I started dreaming of hidden wealth every day I look at the tiger.

For safety as the tiger grew we kept him in a cage. We started giving him goat meat for food. He started growing more beautiful with his deep blue eyes and beautiful stripes.

I look myself in the mirror and compare myself with the beauty of tiger. People from the villages come and look at the tiger. They talk about its blue eyes and stripes.  But they do not care how I look and whereabouts about me. I gaze at the stars and ask god,” Why do not I look good like tiger?”

One day I decided to talk with the tiger but he ignored me. Probably he did not understood my language or may be he was too mindful in its beauty.

Every day I look in the mirror and imagine I had blue eyes and my skin had beautiful symmetry. I wonder why I am not like the tiger. For time of the youths are wild like the tigers. In my imagination I surf around the forest wild like a tiger and keeping its beauty only in the forest.

One day when my father was away I took a rifle and shot the tiger. The blood soaked the floor.

I went in front of the mirror and said, “  Oh! Tiger your blue eyes and stripes are all gone. Now the people will care about how I look.”
